Mentorship done differently.

Our goal is to help you serve dogs and their owners better, while working comfortable hours and maintaining a good work/life balance.

We have been running our shadow program for a few years, and have adjusted what it contains as we have gotten feedback from students, and seen what they want to dive deeper in. After the shadow program, you can pay for individual coaching sessions to keep advancing your learning on specific topics, or getting support as you as developing or changing your services. Our shadow program is in 5 parts and contain:

  • Strategy Meeting (2h): During our first meeting, we discuss your learning goals, design a business plan or make adjustments to any existing services.

  • Brainstorming hour (2h): During our second meeting, you will bring a dog (can be a personal dog, foster dog, client dog or a friend/family member’s dog) for a training session at ours. We’ll play around with different ideas and put them into practice. The goal of this session is to dive deep into dog training, merging theory and practice, with a focus on building motivation and creating reliable behaviours.

  • Training Day with Linnéa (5h): During our third meeting, you will shadow Linnéa as she coaches behaviour consultation clients in a public place. You will see dogs with different issues, and at different stages in training, and have a chance to ask questions about our methods and approach.

  • Day Care Day with Gregor (6h): During the forth meeting, you will join Gregor for a Doggie Day Trip with the pack. You will learn how to manage a group of dogs on and off leash in a public space, working on good social skills, prey drive, and building relationship.

  • Class Day (5h): During the fifth meeting, you will join for a full day of our popular Sunday group classes. You will see how we work with both social and reactive dogs, and see dogs of different breeds, ages, and at different stages in training, from training on a short leash to fully off leash.
